Service Description
A six week course aimed at gently introducing you to Mindfulness and relaxation. This course will help you to focus your attention on being aware of what you are sensing and feeling in the moment. Through various practices including, breathing, guided imagery and relaxation techniques I will help you to relax your body and your mind reducing stress and helping you restore, re-energise and recover from the pressure and stress of life. You will need a throw and small cushion for your own personal comfort and an open mind.
